Economist and Lawyer, MsC Economics, post-graduation in Finance and Accounting by Harriot Watt (UK) and Strategic Marketing by Babson College (USA). He is also partner and founder of “Almeida & Larraya” Law Firm. Also, he is a registered Real Estate consultant.

He held “C Level” positions as CEO, VP Finance and Strategic Planning, CIO, Supply Chain and New Business Development Director at retail companies (Sonae Group, Tok & Stok and C&A Modas), industrial sectors (Yale LaFonte), infrastructure (RGE - Rio Grande Energia - CPFL Group), health (Diagnóstika Laboratory - Hermes Pardini / Gávea) and financial services (Nello Investimentos).

He was a senior consultant at Coopers & Lybrand for 7 years in Brazil, USA, Europe and Africa (Angola) in various segments, particularly retail, consumer products and oil. He started his career at KPMG as an auditor where he worked for 4 years.

Vlamir has led various M&A transactions, Real Estate projects, financial operations in Brazil and abroad, IPO preparation (highlighting Tok & Stok) and Private Equities / Venture Capital developing various investment thesis and types of negotiations. Has extensive experience in business development, including entering new markets and new products, especially the start-up of the Sonae Group in Brazil until reaching the 3rd position in the national ranking and the privatization and modernization process of the RGE, a Power Utility concessionaire - a reference in privatization management in Brazil - engaging in negotiations with creditors and banks in Brazil and abroad, as well as negotiation of energy contracts with plants and tariffs with the regulatory agency.

Advisor to technology companies, as well as start ups in various segments, particularly healthtechs and edutechs.

Vlamir served as 1st VP of the Brazilian Institute of Finance Executive (IBEF-Sul), being recognized as a prominent financial executive due to the successful financial strategies implemented at RGE (privatization) and Sonae.

Business Administrator with MBA in Foreign Trade and International Business from FGV. Executive and Consultant in M&A and Head of Innovation and Technology. He worked at Sebrae -SP, UNIP, Innovative, Founder Institute, Banco Santander, Banco do Brasil, among others.

Professor of MBA and Business Administration, Foreign Trade and Economic Sciences undergraduate course.

Mechanical Engineer and MsC in Business Administration. His solid career was developed in Brazil and Portugal in companies such as PWC, E&Y and Metal Leve. He worked at the Agency of Development, Science and Technology of the State of São Paulo (Brazil) and he coordinated several investment implementation projects.
